Lentil Sprouts

It's mid-March - it has been MONTHS since we have eaten something from the garden or from the Farmer's Market fresh from the ground. There is nothing quite the same as fresh produce - full of nutrients and delicious taste. But sprouts can fill that void anytime of year! Give yourself an boost as we head into spring with some home-grown sprouts! Lentils are my favorite - they taste like fresh garden peas.
