HIgh protein energy bites

SOMETHING NEW!  Not sure if these will be a regular offering.  They were ridiculously expensive to make and took a ridiculous amount of time - (thank you audio books and podcasts for getting me through the rolling stage!)But here they are and they are pretty yum and FULL of goodness.  Each 1” ball contains: (sorry! I didn't measure anything!)


Protein powder

Raw almonds

Raw pecans

Raw sunflower seeds

Roasted pumpkin seeds

Chia seeds

Rolled oats

Cranberries

Turmeric

Cocoa

Peanut Butter

Honey

Cinnamon

Spirulina powder

Berry powders (6 types of berries)

Kale, broccoli artichoke & red beet powders

Mint Chocolate ChipsRolled in ground flaxmeal.  

The challenge - one a day is more than enough.  But good luck with that.  They do freeze well - and handy if your freezer is not easily accessible - otherwise they could disappear fast.
