What is the definition of being physically fit?
Fitness should not be measured with an index, in miles, in muscle mass, or in speed. Rather, it should be measured in one's ability to move freely, live actively doing all the things you love to do, without pain.
I was born in 1963 and had zero fitness training background when I stumbled upon Essentrics. My days were spent in a kindergarten room for 15 years and I was just barely beginning to notice some tell-tale signs of aging - stiff hips, knees, stairs were not inviting, getting off the couch was taking more effort than it used to and my hips were complaining if I ran more than just a few kilometers. After practicing Essentrics for just a few weeks I noticed a huge change - I was hooked. I looked into certifying so that I could share it with some credibility and have not looked back. No regrets. I adore sharing the magic of Essentrics with all ages and all stages of life. The feedback has been incredible. Helping people get back to living their best life is a wonderful way to spend my retirement years!
